These terms apply to your use of syedebooks.store and purchases from Syed eBooks, an independently operated online digital bookstore. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy before ordering.
We sell eBooks and downloadable digital resources, including PDF files. No physical product or shipping is included. Each product page describes what is included, the format, price, and any relevant requirements. You are responsible for checking that you have suitable software and a compatible device; PDFs require a PDF reader. Printed copies, interactive forms, or editable source files are included only when the product description expressly says so.
Prices and any applicable discounts are displayed on product pages. Review the currency, total, and any applicable charges shown at checkout before submitting an order. Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Provide accurate billing and contact information so we can process the order and deliver your download details.
Use only the payment methods offered at checkout. Where online payment is offered, it is handled by the relevant third-party payment provider under its own terms and privacy policy. Download access depends on successful payment and order confirmation; an unpaid, failed, or pending order does not by itself provide access. Do not send card or banking credentials to us by email or through the contact form.
After successful payment and order confirmation, download links are provided through the order confirmation and order email. If you have a customer account, available downloads can also be accessed through My Account. Any applicable download limits or expiry details are shown with the order or download. Save a personal backup of your purchased files; an unlimited lifetime hosting or update service is not promised unless the product description specifically includes it. Contact us if you cannot access a paid purchase.
Keep your account information accurate and your login credentials confidential. Do not share your account or download links with others. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Do not use someone else’s account or payment details without authorization.
Buying a digital product gives you permission to use it for your personal purposes unless a different license is expressly supplied with that product. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying work. You may keep personal copies and print permitted worksheets or resources for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share download links, or reproduce the files for commercial distribution without the relevant rights holder’s written permission. Any specific license supplied with a product takes precedence for that product.

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains digital delivery, cancellation requests, eligible refund issues, and processing times. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Eligible issues may include duplicate charges, incorrect or corrupt files, materially misdescribed files, and unresolved download/access problems. We do not offer simple change-of-mind refunds after download access has been provided. This is not a blanket money-back guarantee.
We aim to respond to and resolve support complaints within 3–5 business days, depending on complexity. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after approval; the bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the funds.
Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse personal information, submit fraudulent orders, or distribute harmful content through our forms. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the store and its customers.
Our resources provide general educational information, not individualized professional advice. Results depend on your circumstances and how you use the material; no particular income, productivity, health, or other outcome is guaranteed. Seek qualified professional advice when needed for your circumstances. We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or completely error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer rights, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may correct errors in product information and update website content. If an error materially affects an existing order, we will communicate with the customer and address it fairly, including any applicable refund rights. Changes to prices or these terms do not retrospectively remove rights relating to a completed purchase. The latest update date is shown above.
